      Welcome back! Congratulations of on winning the Biggest Loser Competition! High five on the 11 pound loss. I know it took hard work. My son has given me his old Garmin, but I am still figuring it out.

      Thanks, Barbara! I am still working to figure it out--just went for my first run with it today! It is super cool, and I'm sure that as soon as I know how to use it, it will be even cooler! ;)

      Keep a food journal, eat breakfast ("banking" these calories just makes you hungrier later), eat 4-5 400 calorie meals, drink water...
