      Still a great time even though I understand the feeling of coming in over goal time. At least it wasn't mile 15 or 16 when the tough stuff happened. I've been there too many times. I know that finishing a race feeling like that seems like much more of an accomplishment. My first way back when I trained for a 2:50 and ended up finishing 3:43. (did first half in 1:18, too fast) How's that for a lot of walking? Recover and get at it again!
