Mixed up the route the time and was pleasantly surprised that 1/2 miles I had to run at a faster pace were downhill. YAY! Of course that meant that my easier 1/2s were uphill which was hard! The first fast 1/2 mile I did at a 7:45 pace and the second fast 1/2 mile was at 8:15 pace. Totally pushed myself and it felt great. Well except the part when I started dry heaving :P

The last mile felt amazing. Kind of like I grew fresh legs and could go on for miles.

Best tempo run I've ever had. Hands down.

    Glad you had a good, enjoyable run today! Can't say that I've ever pushed to the point of dry heaving, though...that sounds like not so much fun.
