Forty minute training run today. Weather is amazing. Low 70s and sunny, but OMG the wind, and the jogging stroller.
When I started out I felt a little cold, the outside of my knee started hurting about 10 minutes in and the rest of the run was run/walk. Last 10 minutes was all walk because my knee and big toe joint hurt so bad. As I was walking up the big hill to my house, I realized my shoe wasn't tight enough because it was slipping off my heel. So hopefully that means my knee was hurting because my shoe wasn't laced properly? I sure hope so.
Wish I had more good to say about this half-assed run, but I don't :P

Christy, if it's any consolation. one thing I've found is that even a poor run is better than no run! And the next one is always better! I hope your knee is OK.

you're right, maybe the shoe issue caused the knee pain but keep an eye out for it next run any way!
