First 3 Miles Post Injury: June Workout 16 of 27

June Workout 16 of 27. Pulled out the Garmin today, walked my 1st accurately tracked 3 miles since my injury. It took a whole hour, but I felt good. And most importantly, I had no quad/knee/back pain. *happy dance*
