Working on improving my endurance. Ran for 30 minutes non-stop, then took a walk break. I should have kept going because when I stop, it's so hard to start again. In the last 12:50 alone, I took 3 walk breaks.
Also, I noticed my body begins to lose steam around 2.75 mi. So my focus for the last 2 weeks before my first 5k is to push myself and build endurance between 2.75 and 3.1. I'd like to run the entire race, if possible. At max, take only 1 walk break.

You are doing an awesome job! I remember when you thought you wouldn't be ready to race, now in just a few weeks you'll be racing. Walk some run some, however the job gets done. The fact remains IT GETS DONE. You ARE a RUNNER. Welcome to the club!
