Careful about going to big ring to quickly in your training. You need to rebuild your strength first.

Big chain rings can ruin knees if you are not ready for them. Please be careful Amber.

Nice work Amber. This workout reminds me of my wife's recent workout. Her knees have had pain and she never has knee pain. She resumed her workouts recently and her new-found enthusiasm had her doing way too much way too fast. It's harder to get over an injury that it is to avoid the injury in the first place. Be careful!!
