great SWRC Short Route 92.2 km 03:15 17.6mph pace

Cracking ride in the sunshine. Felt good, flying along. Great what a bit of sun does to my mood, and my cycling. Bring on the summer.

Pah. Typical CTC geek. Hardknot? I quiver with fear....

The Scanuppia averages 25% for 1.5km with a max of 45%. It goes up 1400m in 7km. Still Baldwin St would probably give a taste.

great Down soth and west of Dorking 83 km 03:11 16.2mph pace

A good sportif yesterday. 50 miles starting at Dorking. A nice route and a bit nasty given all the sharp hills it had - a couple of 20%+. 1.2k of ascent only but I felt it. 26k average so not the f... read more
