    Evening walk with the dogs. Have to take Chibi or he becomes extremely hyper. It was hot, but the breeze made it bearable.

    Got back in the saddle and ended it with making it to the gym for the third time this week, which is my goal number of times to get to the gym during the winter and early spring.

    I did body pump last night and then got up this morning for a 6 miler. Needless to say I can feel every muscle in my body screaming at me. Guess that means I did it right.

    Wasn't fast and super muggy tonight for my run. Temps weren't super high but with the added humidity I as a sweaty mess when I got back.
