      I did a lot of walk breaks today, too. Perfectly okay, and so much better to be safe than sorry in this nasty, humid heat!!

      Are you moving? I know... We get attached to our routes! I've been using Galloway all the time Stacie...think I've forgotten how to run a distance straight through;). Great run!

      thanks! I feel the same way about galloway. I totally look forward to that lil walk break every mile or so...perhaps too much! I figured I would try to "run regular" some of the shorter distances and see how it goes.. And yes I'm moving! Exciting to move yet sad to be leaving some of my nice routes through 39th street/plaza area. They're kinda fun even with the hills.
