    Ran to practice, ran a warm up loop, did one loop at MP, one loop at Tempo, then one mile cool down. 8 min for MP and 7 min for Tempo

    warm up, two mile tempo at 7:10 pace, then cool down. Feeling strong and ready! Even though it was humid... cat hill was fine! Getting a confidence boost heading to Wine Glass
