    Longest swim post baby. The recent weight gain made it difficult than usual and my oldest swam at a much better pace than me. Our house feels full and I cant be happier. Happy weekend everyone :).

    Went for a short run soon afterwards. Slight drizzle and it felt great. It was good to get off the treadmill and run outside.
