With about seven weeks to go to Waves to Wine and two sportives prior to that, there is no room now for 'easy rides' or flat lands. If there are no hills or some pain then Im not training hard or smart enough.
Extra Miles tonight went home via Eloughton Dale x 2 and Spout Hill at Brantingham.
