      The Dash RunAmoc from Soft Star shoes. One of my favorite shoes of all time. Wore them for most of my winter miles & 35miles at Arrowhead. Wore them today too. :)

      My daughter uses an inhaler and it works well for her. Glad you got the cause figured and hope the treatment resolves it for you. Just another hill of another type, of which I'm sure you will overcome!

      Rachel...sorry to hear of the diagnosis as asthma is not fun, especially when you're trying to breathe deeply and can't get that next breath of air. You might try adding some tumeric and peppermint to your diet as they are natural aids for asthma.

      That is fantastic. Glad you liked it. So many opportunities and adventures are opened up to you. From my experience (some the hard way) my best recommendation is to not scrimp on gear. That's not to say you need a lot, but get good quality stuff so you can be light, efficient, but have your needs (and your real needs may change over time and mission) met. Very happy for you.
