    great 3 mi 00:24 08:00 pace

Had to take a few scurried walk breaks during this one but otherwise a pretty stellar run. Felt light & loose without the pack. Just can't eat a giant burger and run that soon after. I kno... read more

  2. RUN
good Barefoot Commuting 5.7 mi 00:50 08:46 pace

Feet were a little beat up from pushing my trekking pace in the huaraches (they are dialed in for running) so I ran home barefoot. Was the right choice, feet stayed pretty happy.

  9. RUN

No real pep in the legs today, but I'm always happier not being in the car.

Yes! That's a really long commute, walking. But good all-round.
