Week #1, Round 2: Couch to 5K. 2 min run, 1 min walk for 20 minutes. Lots of stretchy stretchy stuff before and after and about 60 air squats (killer!). Feel good. So happy to have encouraged a new person out there tonight- hope she sticks with it.
