When I'm running, I'm holding about a 10:30 pace, which I'm very happy with! Still take lots of walk breaks, slowly building up my endurance again, taking it easy, not gonna re-injure myself. Everything's going great so far!


Keep it up! you can do it! Why is it so easy to lose it and so difficult to get that training back? Ughh!! :)
