Ha. Too funny. Well at least you don't have a female dog. Then she would just be a "B" all the time :) good job getting out there in the chilly weather. I hated running in the cold at first but honestly I have grown to love it.

Full weight machine circuit, weight level 2-3, 10 reps at every station. Worked a little more on my core & upper body, and got 25 sit-ups done! Feeling good!


Keep it up! you can do it! Why is it so easy to lose it and so difficult to get that training back? Ughh!! :)
