Tried to run the last bit of 5K as fast as I could. I could really feel yesterdays incline work when I got off. Sure I looked a little funny walking out of the gym.

yup, super speedy for 0.10 of a mile. Seriously, though, I am using this as a starting point for sprints at the end of a run. Next time, 0.15 at this pace, at the end.
