After walking on the treadmill while watching HGTV and the Food network ( I got some great ideas on both today...) I did a weight circuit. I can really feel this in my arms today, since I have done strength training twice so far this week! Then I sat in the steam room and sauna for a spell. This is helping my cold symptoms immensely. And it's sunny outside so this is a great day!
