Chiro said this am I was all outta whack in my L4/5 area, so just taking a couple no-run days to let very angry glute/piriformis calm down. Simple spinal rocking, happy baby, pigeon pose and then chinups: 11, 9, 8 Pushups, 75, 50, 40 Planks: 4 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins. 90 sec rest between all. Run Strong Friends!
