good Core, Ups & KB 01:00

Had a bit of DOMS this am from LR a couple days ago...did some dynamic stretching and forced relaxation during lunch & that helped. Tonight: pushups: 100, then 2 sets of 10 dive bomber pushups. Russian KB twists 3 x 20. Chin/L-ups 11, 9, 8. Two-handed swings w/35lb KB: 3 x 20. 3 x 10 KB lunges each leg. 3 x 20 ab snails(like a reverse plank & a crunch). I'll be sore again tomorrow too :)
