Relaxed W/U w/high skips, bounders, high knees, butt kickers...the stuff I make the youth team do, as well as some hilly portions on the side of the golf course. VERY relaxed C/D post-tempo. Saw a momma deer & two fawns right as sun was setting only 30 feet in front of me in the woods!
