2nd day in a row of this...after a few days off from core. Chin: 10, 8, 8 (happy w/that) ; Push, 75, 50, 42(fail...but did that rather than limp in w/terrible form). Iron Cross and Scorpions, 20 each per side. Then 15 mins of The Bretzle and Mike's brain-child stretch, The Brankle. Good stuff during lunch! Live Strong Friends!
