Enjoyed a nice sized group for practice and worked it w/Hollie H....what a great help she has been in Lori's absence! Enjoyed a bit of warm-up, some Indian Running and then the back and forth of a nice game of sharks & minnows(mobility and speed work in disguise)! Fun times! Ready for the next 1-Miler race on Sat. Really enjoying the INOV-8s and likely to run the 5K Sat in them, since it's a combo of surfaces. Run Strong Friends!
