Long work days lately supporting both East Coast & Hawaii-based clients from 8am-10pm, so glad to get done w/work "early" today at 6:30 and sneak in a nice fiver before I head off to dance class w/my bride. Felt fairly relaxed, save one lazy mile which resulted in heavier legs. Came back to good form and last part was crisp and easy again:). Run Strong Friends!
