Wonderfully brisk night in low 40's for a nice, relaxed jaunt near the dojo while my son was in karate. Last couple miles was first time in a long time I really "felt it" on a solo run, it, being just being the simple love of running. I've so missed that! Wanted to go longer, but this wk is step back week in miles and I need to honor that, and just to keep me honest, I planned it so my boy's lesson time was coming to an end right at 4-ish, so I HAD to stop :) Next time! Lunge matrix to warm, modified myrtle for cool. Run Strong Friends!
