Last night's session. I was too tired to log it last night.

Warm up: 100 free/50 kick/50 back/50 free

Main session:-

4 x 50m
50 back active recovery
5 x 100m
50 breast active recovery
3 x 200m (with 2 x 50m freestyle active recovery in between sets)

Cool down: 50 back/50 breast

It was really meant to be 5 x 200m but he took it easy on me because he knows I'm racing on Sunday. I was more or less on target with all of my efforts, but because the clock is still broken it's hard to say with any definitive surety. The clock has now been broken for about 2 months - ffs!
