Really didn't want to train today. My legs felt so heavy before I even started, but this is my final hard effort before racing at the weekend so I sucked it up. 10 mins warm up followed by 5 x (5 mins sprint/3 mins recovery). I did the sprints in a fairly heavy gear and maintained around 95-100 rpm. Once I got going I felt really strong so I was pleased that I made the effort to get through the session.
