Nice easy run on the gravel path along Encinitas Ranch golf course. A bit sticky out at 6:00 pm but I'm not complaining since my inland friends are really suffering with the heat.

Oh what FUN!! Such a great event. Bob bright me home by jumping in at mile 9 to save my butt as I started to fade. Sub 1:55 on little training is A-okay with me. We are wine tasting now. Great day.

Bob did not bright me home, he brought me home. And even though me pushed my butt, I am glad for the support.

I am running the Eugene half-marathon Sunday and apparently we get to finish inside Hayward Field. I am just hoping to finish! I am less fit today than I've been in a long time so I won't be "racing" as much as I'd like. That's okay's going to be a great run in a beautiful part of the PNW.
