      I agree, getting older really does suck. I was thinking about that this morning on my run that I don't recover as easily/quickly as I used to. Guess I need to remember I am not as young as I think I am :). Good job listening to your body, but still getting a workout in.

    Had workout this morning for biceps, triceps and legs. Arm's were burning. Then ran my 3 miles with some speed work at the end. Love the feeling accomplishment.

      Wow, great job! Kickboxing sounds like so much fun... and what a way to burn calories! And we all have off weeks with our running... birthdays and extreme heat are totally acceptable reasons!
