      Great 10. I am looking for my first 50 miler this year and I considered that one... Sounded interesting, but it's too close to 2 26.2s I am doing this spring and needed something later. I hope you have fun...

      This is why I love you... this is the kind of thing that happens to me on the treadmill at home. I consider taking a 3-year old potty mid-run as cross-training, so fractions definitely count! Great run!

    First 10 in 1:24:10 and then did a little speed work for the last 3 in 24:03. I needed 20 minutes of speed work and wanted to see how my tired legs might hold out. Glad to be done.
