I was actually a little sore after yesterday's wonderful effort. Glad to be snug in compression shorts and socks now.

This is why I love you... this is the kind of thing that happens to me on the treadmill at home. I consider taking a 3-year old potty mid-run as cross-training, so fractions definitely count! Great run!
