      Hills sucketh...yucky....but, they do make you stronger :) Way to push through it. When is the next half for you?

      Woman rock....I need John's 1/2 training guide. Tell him to start with 5 weeks out. I can very safely run 5 miles at a 9:05 pace. (is that doable?) Does he have any idea what he has done to my life....I remember those words coming out of his mouth....well, if you can walk, you surely can run!! Who knew...and I LOVE him for it!!

    I started my training, I have the TC 10 mile and the 1/2 Monster Dash....both in Oct. I really would like to do my 1/2 in under 2:10, and my last year 10 mile was 9:06, wouldn't break my heart... read more
