So much easier to run without biking first! Those first two miles I pushed and felt good. The third mile felt like...a third mile. Just gotta get used to it until the first three miles feel good and the fourth is hell!
Today was supposed to be a swim day, but the thunder and lightening made me put that off a few more days. :) A fried Shelley's tri time would be even worse than a non-fried Shelley!
