So sore this morning I yelped in pain trying to stand up. :( But never fear, there was meditation, rest, tylenol, and this tiny little voice saying 'if you just loosen up you could murder the workout today and not get behind....' So after a lovely froyo with Nicole, I came home and bitchslapped it! (in the nice, respectable way) Prisoner jumps, stretch squats, mountain climbs, and toe touch 1/2 burpees, I just pwned all over you. Tomorrow IS an 'active' rest day. Which means look for a run posted!
