Was going to ride with a friend tonight, but he had to bail, so I did a solo ride to the lake and back. Nice 6km long hill with over 350 meters of elevation gain right in the middle so of course an out and back path takes me over that twice. Great workout! Love road riding!!! Hope everyone is having a great friday night!!
P.S. Still getting used to my new pedals and shoes. I stopped at the end of my ride and forgot to unclip :P not a very smooth way to end a ride :D road rash going 0km/h!!
