Absolutely amazing day out today! Slight overcast and a sprinkle of rain. We ran a nice hilly trail run. First 11k where with 3 others from my relay team and then I added on a bit, cause I felt great! Now its officially taper time. 6 days to my race!! WOOT! Cant wait! Its a16.7km leg of a 140KM relay from Prince Rupert BC to Terrace BC. Some amazing scenery alongside the skeena river. Going to be a great run! Have a great week all!
