Another slow easy run. Still working on form. Changes Ive made seem to be working. Still no shin problems, and for me thats almost unheard of. 2nd day in a row, and enjoying being pain free...although I am getting alot more of a quad workout. I think that is just a short term thing, until my legs get used to working a little differently. Have a great night and see you all bright and early tomorrow!

Nice progress - just make sure to give your body time to adjust. It's very easy (I think I'm currently in this boat) to overdo it w/o realizing it, only to find out a couple weeks later that something is just a smidge off.

Thanks Ryan. Ill keep that in mind..Because my normal hurts are not there..I am feeling rather invinsible. Ill take a day off tomorrow to give everything a rest. Im already on target to match my weekly mileage in 1 more run, so your right...ill slow thiings down. Thanks :)

My left knee has been feeling rather tight, and I'm thinking its a combination of increased volume over the past 4-6 weeks, travelling for work (so not enough yoga), running a race this past weekend at high intensity, and doing more mileage in my NB minimus shoes. Felt fine all the way along - but somewhere in there, something is out of balance, and it's something I only noticed yesterday, and it was extremely subtle.
But different strokes for different folks - enjoy being pain free!! \m/
