    Was playing laser tag last week and I wiped out taking a corner a little to fast.. Cant really see the full bruise in the picture, but it seems to be hurting more rather then less as time goes on.

      SWEET. :) (I mean the funky colours, not the fact that you hurt yourself ... ) Hope it starts to hurt less soon. I had a similar one on my knee a few years ago from a snowboard wipeout and it definitely hurt more as time went by before it started to get better ... I think the swelling takes time to hit a peak.

      Thanks all! Im going to give each of your suggestions a try. I have a foam roller, but a Trigger point roller sounds great! John K, I ditched motion control shoes over a year ago! Greatest change for the good I ever did. The post run yoga is probably something I need to make a habit of. Even when Im not fighting injury my muscles are always tight.
