      awesome 8!!! you could just start the kitchen timer before you leave and stop it when you get back... or buy a watch... we have to meet up to run sometime!

      I have to map a 5k course in Milbridge sometime this weekend? Are you free for that? Maybe we could stretch it into a 10 miler? You're a busy running man I completely understand if you can't!

      I have an overnight with the kids on Friday into Saturday. But I will be getting back into Cherryfield probably around 2:30 of so on Saturday... An afternoon run? Harry might be up for some miles also!

      i have a family reunion in Cherryfield at 3pm. are you free sunday at all? I have a morning commitment but can run anytime in the afternoon! I wouldn't mind a 10-12 mile run!
