    Nice ride with the wife, kid and in-laws....for some reason I rode 20 miles no handed which totally works muscles not normally used so Im already a bit sore

    Short ride from a Ragbrai worn group but I rode the hell outta those 16 to get great workout in.

      Ok 2000 yds must be 1 mile or DM just rounds it up like with runs???? So in that case I did 1000 yds or 1/2 mile
