    Love my Tuesdays (Kids at MDO so I get to run outside)! Ran the 3mile loop around SCP. Should have started out against the wind, instead ended up running into the wind the 2nd half.

      oh yeah.... no walking again!! Spent a good portion of the run trying to not listen to all the excuses running through my mind as to why it would have been "ok" if I had to stop and walk, lol... Glad I didn't listen to them!
