    Oh my that's all I could do. My legs are pretty shot right now. Really should take a couple of days off but tmrw is the extreme 5K and cumulative is Sat! Yikes! Fun to see Sandy n Beth:)

    1600m at 7:15. Was really hoping for another PR at 3 sec faster, but didn't get there. Oh well! Maybe next summer:)
