  7. RUN
    good Run 4 missions 4 mi 00:49 12:09 pace

  8. RUN
    1 mi 00:14:22 14:22 pace

Extreme bobo speed work. Included 8 fartleks of about 40 seconds with 20 sec walk between. Most were sub 9 pace. A short workout due to lack of time and energy, but I tried to make it a good one.

  9. RUN

Aww man, if I would have known you were out and about I would have joined you all. I skipped out on my run yesterday because I was not motivated to go by myself. Oh well, next time. You are doing awesome!!

Crystal I should have texted you. I just have to go slow and walk a lot so I feel bad asking others. And I try to start a little earlier right now so I can get home early until Rowan sleeps better. I'll text you next time:) hope I can keep up with you soon! Martha- I definitely may ask Izzy if she's able to for the VSU 5K in Feb bc Ryan has another race he's doing I think.

  15. RUN
    1.5 mi 00:22 14:26 pace

Very slow jog, but I didn't walk. Not much faster than NYE 5K pace.

  16. RUN
    1.5 mi 00:23 15:36 pace

Jogged the 1.25 (first mile was still a slow 13:40) and walked the last .25. But, 1.25 is a little farther and the longest I have been able to do without stopping since 6mos pregnant.
