    I was really hoping for more today, but that's all that happened. I ran the first mile slowly and then ran/walked the second one.

      Haven't been on here much, because I too have been a broken runner since my 3 marathons in 20 days back in Nov/Dec. Unlike yours, I am positive my issues are all in my head, well except now I haven't run 50 miles in a month since November means the issues are now in my fitness! Hope you get it figured out soon, as you are one of the most consistent runners I know!

    I was able to do a 9:45 pace for 2 miles with Martha and then took a little walk break. Ran the last slow mile back to the Y. Felt happy to accomplish a workout and to see Martha!

      Gives you incentive for next year. You can "do it more faster" next year.That's my new mantra because when Lynn was trying to swipe her card to get in the Hyatt parking garage a Hyatt guy came up & swiped it for her and said in broken English: "you gotta do it more faster!"
