    A really nice cold run. I got to run with Jim & William and Debbie at the very end. Enjoyed it.

    33:52 actually a PR for a 4 miler but only because I've only done it two other times. Happy with that but not feeling so great most of the race. Enjoyed seeing the other runners though:)!!!

      It didn't go well at first, but ended up being good after 3 miles or so thank goodness. And I feel really good this afternoon. Planning to do a few little runs this week so hopefully they will go well too. Thanks so much for checking on me!
