    20 mins on the elliptical and then the weight machines for legs and arms. I would have done a little more cardio, but I got too hungry!;)

    20 mins on the elliptical. Felt much more comfortable than the bikes and felt like a good workout. Fun too. Then I worked out on the weight machines.
