      So I could not help notice how close your PRs are to mine. So seeing yours made me make a list. Here goes. Full Mn..: 4:36:05.6; Half Mn.: 1:59:15.57; 15K: 1:20:35.9; GR 15K: 1:25:00; 10K: 52:35; 4M: 34:19.8 5K: 24:52.4; Cumulative 5K: 24:49.5. All of these are after age 60 since I didn't start until very late in my 50s. Hey at your age you have plenty of time to break some on your list!

      We do have similar times! I do hope to get a sub 4:40 Marathon one day! And of course I still want a gate finisher hat. No PR's for me this year, but hopefully I will show improvement over this year. You are awesome Jim! Ryan and I are always impressed by your adventures.

      Great solution - you do what you have to do!

      Hip pain was the worst of late pregnancies for me. Can't get comfortable. Hang in there - you're in the home stretch!
