    Yes!!! Still pretty slow but I felt just fine. Was only going to try 4 but kept going:) Hate to miss the 5K. I think it will be better I wait until May for races though. So shooting for Rotary.

      Thanks:) I don't think I'm making tmrw. I'm worried trying to race a 5K is not the best idea right now. But I've been feeling a lot better lately! I've been able to run at least 2, sometimes 3 miles all at once again and slightly faster this week than last. Thinking I'll be able to run Rotary in May:) Hope you & Martha have a good race!

      Haven't been on here much, because I too have been a broken runner since my 3 marathons in 20 days back in Nov/Dec. Unlike yours, I am positive my issues are all in my head, well except now I haven't run 50 miles in a month since November means the issues are now in my fitness! Hope you get it figured out soon, as you are one of the most consistent runners I know!

    I was able to do a 9:45 pace for 2 miles with Martha and then took a little walk break. Ran the last slow mile back to the Y. Felt happy to accomplish a workout and to see Martha!
