this week is a little crazy for me,
so i am just getting in what i can.
a light rain started as i left home
but it was light enough
that i didn't get soaked
under all the trees in maple bluff
my achilles has been acting up
same as last fall,
so i've been trying to rest it a little more
and add in some k-tape
and simply get in quality runs
especially if i'm running less
about a week until the next adventure
and then a month until the 50 mi...
and then i mix it up a little bit!
