had a restless night of sleep
which had me up at 5:50a
a bit before my alarm was set to go off
but it was a great morning for a run
hot and humid already - just after 6am
which made me glad i got this in
before work, instead of after.
the legs felt surprisingly good
and i think the shakeout run
was an excellent choice.
