woke up in the 7's,
bopped over to the co-op-
for some cornmeal,
and then...
got my bread into a cozy spot,
for second-rising,
just in time,
to get some yogi on,
with justin...
(aka short-shorts boy).
i thoroughly enjoy-
justin's light-hearted approach
to yoga,
which, in my humble opinion,
translates into life.
i felt great this morning,
got my sweat-on,
got my stretch-on,
and i got my mind-on.
and, i am just realizing...
that i yoga-ed 3 times this week
...which just might be a first for me.
