great The Rec Centre 5 km 01:00 19:18 pace

It has been 2 weeks since I injured my leg. This morning, I noticed a big improvement straight away and by the time that we arrived at the gym it was still feeling much better. I went onto the treadmill to walk for an hour at a slow pace to ease back in gently. It felt ok throughout and hopefully I can start to run again tomorrow; fingers crossed!!!!

    Really good news Shaye, Id be very tempted to stick to the eliptical thingy for most of your volume this week, perhapes another walk tommorow and then ease back into running with all easy/recovery paced jogs.. let your feelings guide you and remember its allways better to er on the side of caution.

    Thank you for the advice Paul. I will follow your advice and hold back at first as my leg is better but still a little sore. Swimming today and the cross trainer tonight I think!
