      Heehee - my friend mentioned that I'm obviously a runner as my legs are rigid in the pool and I kick far too quickly by bending my knees. So much to re-learn!

      I read your post after I'd written mine. Had to laugh because you wrote what I felt. Funny how running is like that, sometimes it's amazing and sometimes it seems a bit of a chore. It's all good in the end though a we'll get through the dips and back to the heights.
