It is confirmed. I am weak on the rings! We did a skill review of ring dips/rows/muscle ups. I still can barely hold myself up on them without Mat helping me keep the rings at my side. My original goal before starting CrossFit was to do a pull up, but I think I need to add ring dips to that goal.
We did some substitutions in the WOD since the kip pull up and ring dips weren't happening, so we did jumping pull ups (love these!) and box dips (aka tricep dips).
