      Are you running Chicago? If so, any goal time? I'm running it, but as a training run for the Madison Marathon in mid-November, so figuring on a 10ish pace.

      Yes, but no goal in mind really. 4:10-15ish I'm thinking, but will depend on the weather. What corral are you in? I'm F.

      F, as well. I may just run by heart rate like I did at Illinois this year, (though set my threshold a little lower-stay under 165 rather than between 160 and 170). That worked out well for me. I never actually looked at my time or pace until I hit mile 26 just before going in the stadium and still ended up with a 4:11.
