      Hey---do you want to come downtown this Saturday and fill in as a pacer? The run is 9 miles this weekend and all but my 11's pacer is out for the F^3. Let me know---I could really use the help. I'm guessing most of our participants will be gone, but I know I'll have some 10's who are leaderless. :)

    Paced the 11:00/mile group and it was not nearly as cold as I thought it would be once I started moving. Ran with Trisha P. and saw Ernest S. :)
