    Rode the Camp Chase Trail again today. Went from Georgesville to London and back. Beautiful day and trail only had a few people on it. It's a nice smooth path through the country.

    First day on the bike this year. Picked a windy day, but still nice to get out. Ran 1.5 miles first and then got the bike out for a short trip.

    Calf cramped at Mile 3. Walked more than I had planned and still able to finish 3 minutes slower than my January Half time. Hershey Half on Oct 16, so we will see how the calves do.
